A few years ago, my mother asked what I’d like for my birthday. I had enough socks, slippers, and ties. So I said: “I don’t know, get me a ukulele.” It kind of fell from the sky into my head. And she got it for me. I started playing it and now my kids are into it. So we’ve gone ukulear in the house.
He OWES a Ukulele and plays it……..I HEART THIS SO MUCH!
So my dear friend Phoenix Keating, who is already busily at work on his next collection, recently had he’s pieces chosen for a shoot for Black Magazine. Shot by accomplished fashion photographer Thom Kerr and featuring new hot favourite Codie Young, he’s pieces simply pop next to the Prada and L.V. that it’s styled against. This Boy is one to watch. Already having had Lady Gaga wear his stuff
from his first collection, he is only just starting to show the Fashion world what he is truly capable of. Check out his site HERE and his Tumblr HERE.
Interviewer: Black history month you find…
Morgan Freeman: Ridiculous.
Morgan Freeman: You’re going to relegate my history to a month?
Interviewer: Oh, come on.
Morgan Freeman: What do you do with yours? Which month is white history month?
Interviewer: (pause) Well, I’m Jewish.
Morgan Freeman: Okay. Which month is Jewish history month?
Interviewer: There isn’t one.
Morgan Freeman: Oh, oh. Why not? Do you want one?
Morgan Freeman: Right. I don’t either. I don’t want a black history month. Black history is American history.
Interviewer: How are we going to get rid of racism?
Morgan Freeman: Stop talking about it.
